Affiliate Programs
There are two types of Affiliate programs with Noble Impact Expeditions.
One for referral partners and another for sponsor parternships
Each will receive a 10% commission.
Commissions
To earn a commission for an Affiliate, the NIE traveler must complete the full registration form and remit full payment and complete the expedition. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the clients states they were first introduced to
Noble Impact Expeditions by the Affiliate.
Payment
The Affiliate must complete an IRS form 1099. The Affiliate will receive a commission for each new signup 15 days before the expedition, at which point the trip is non-refundable for the client. Payments will be paid out via electronic payment to the Affiliate.
Refunds
If a client is granted a refund for the trip that the Affiliate has earned commissions. Any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's balance. If the Affiliate has no balance, the Affiliate will need to send an electronic refund payment as reimbursement.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the Noble Impact Expeditions brand, and marketing resources available for the Affiliates. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials.
The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Noble Impact Expeditions.
The Affiliate will never represent themselves as Noble Impact Expeditions or their relationship with Noble Impact Expeditions in a false or misleading way.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Noble Impact Expeditions will be paid for any past or future client transactions.
If Noble Impact Expeditions chooses to terminate the agreement, all balances will be paid to the Affiliate within 60 days of termination.
If the client attends multiple trips, Noble Impact Expeditions will not be obligated for any future payments after the first trip the client takes with Noble Impact Expeditions.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of California. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modification
Noble Impact Expeditions may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include but are not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
